With our partners, Eastern Minority Supplier Diversity Council, Independence Business Alliance, SEPTA, Women’s Business Enterprise Council, the Enterprise Center and the Commerce Department of the City of Philadelphia, this program will help small minority business owners access the tools and the network they need to sustain their businesses, take advantage of RFPs and get those contracts!
