ADDENDUM #3 – BID DEADLINE EXTENDED
The School District of Philadelphia has issued Addendum #3 for Bid NG10847 – On-Call Electrical Equipment & System Repairs.

WHAT HAS CHANGED?
Bid Deadline Extension: The School District has extended the bid opening and submission deadline to November 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET.
Three-Year Labor Rate Requirements: Contractors must now provide labor rates for each of the three contract years to account for anticipated annual wage increases.
Year 1 Rates: Use the initial contract term rate schedule provided in Addendum #2 and on page 30 of the original bid document.
Year 2 and Year 3 Rates: Complete the additional rate schedules included in Addendum #3.
REQUIRED PRICING INFORMATION
The updated schedules request hourly labor rates for journeymen, journeyman apprentices, laborer journeymen, and laborer apprentices.
Contractors must provide applicable normal-hour, overtime, second-shift, and third-shift rates, along with material and subcontractor markups and rates for additional trades.
IMPORTANT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENT
Bidders must sign, date, and return Addendum #3 with their proposals. The addendum becomes part of the official bid documents.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
