How to Respond
1. Register as a Supplier: Your organization must be registered in the School District of Philadelphia's Oracle Supplier Portal.
2. Locate the RFP: Log in to Oracle and navigate to "Active Negotiations." Change the "Invitation Received" filter from YES to NO, then locate RFP NG10846.
3. Review the Documents: Download the complete solicitation and review all specifications, submission requirements, and supporting documents.
4. Attend the Vendor Conference: Join the October 29 virtual conference to learn more about the opportunity.
5. Submit Your Proposal: Complete and submit your response electronically through the Oracle Supplier Portal no later than November 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET.
