Minority- and Women-Owned Business Participation
The School District has established an M/WBE participation range of Best Effort for this contract.
All bidders must submit the required M/WBE Participation Plan and Vendor Compliance Acknowledgment Form. Where applicable, bidders must provide supporting documentation of good-faith efforts to engage certified minority- and women-owned businesses.
Certified M/WBE contractors should include their current certification documentation as required by the solicitation.
Additional Bid Requirements
Complete the required bid forms and pricing schedules for all three contract years.
Provide three business references familiar with the type of work performed.
Submit the required City of Philadelphia Certificate of Tax Clearance.
Review applicable prevailing wage requirements.
Review contractor insurance requirements and qualifications.
Acknowledge all issued addenda.
Bid security and performance, labor and materials, and maintenance bonds are not required for this contract.
