The School District has established an M/WBE participation range of Best Effort for this contract.
Bidders must submit the required M/WBE Participation Plan and Vendor Compliance Acknowledgment Form. If participation requirements cannot be met, bidders must provide the required explanation and documentation of good-faith efforts.
Certified minority-owned, women-owned, and small businesses should include current certification documentation where applicable.
Important Bid Requirements
