The Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA) is seeking qualified contractors to provide regulation signs, decals, and graphic film for its On-Street Department.
The On-Street Program supports traffic safety, improved traffic flow, commercial enterprises, and residential neighborhoods.
All signs, decals, and graphic film must comply with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).
This opportunity may be of interest to commercial printing companies, sign manufacturers, graphic film suppliers, and businesses specializing in regulatory signage.

How to Respond
1. Register: Complete the Bidder Registration Form on the Philadelphia Parking Authority website before downloading the bid documents.
2. Download: Access IFB 26-24 and review the specifications, required documents, and submission instructions.
3. Attend: Participate in the mandatory pre-bid meeting on November 16, either in person or virtually.
4. Submit Questions: Send written questions through the official Question Submission Form by December 1 at 12:00 PM ET.
5. Prepare Your Bid: Complete all required documentation and review any addenda issued by the Authority.
6. Submit: Deliver your sealed bid to the Philadelphia Parking Authority by December 22, 2026, at 1:00 PM ET.
