RFQ #35985 – Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) to Furnish Concrete & Flowable Fill Supply and Delivery

Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW) is seeking qualified vendors to provide concrete and flowable fill supply and delivery on an “as needed” basis at various PGW locations.

Vendors may bid on Option 1, Option 2, Option 3, or a combination of the available options.

The initial contract term is expected to run from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with the option for PGW to renew for up to four additional one-year terms.

Bidders must provide pricing and lead time and complete all required bid documents. Contracted materials must generally be delivered within 14 calendar days of receiving a PGW purchase order.

PGW intends to select both a primary and secondary vendor for each option, based on the requirements outlined in the RFQ.
