PUBLIC SECTOR OPPORTUNITY | DELAWARE RIVER PORT AUTHORITY
DBE GOAL-SETTING METHODOLOGY – PUBLIC INPUT MEETINGS FOR FFY 2027–2028
The Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) is inviting businesses, community stakeholders, and interested members of the public to participate in virtual meetings regarding its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal-Setting Methodology for Federal Fiscal Years 2027 and 2028.
DRPA receives federal funding for certain transit-related projects and is updating its DBE goal-setting methodology to comply with revised U.S. Department of Transportation requirements.
WHY THIS MATTERS TO AACC MEMBERS
These meetings provide an opportunity for businesses to share feedback as DRPA develops its DBE participation goals for federally funded construction contracts.
Construction firms, contractors, subcontractors, professional service providers, and businesses interested in public-sector contracting are encouraged to participate.
