About Us

Just Strategies is a mission-driven consulting firm that partners with nonprofits, foundations, public agencies, and community leaders to strengthen organizations, build collaborative partnerships, and advance equitable, community-centered solutions. Through strategic planning, facilitation, leadership development, community engagement, organizational capacity building, and implementation support, Just Strategies helps organizations turn vision into action while centering the voices and experiences of the communities they serve.

As the organization grew, it became clear that communities also needed a welcoming, accessible place to gather, collaborate, and build relationships. This vision led to the creation of Just Strategies Hub—a community-centered coworking and event space in Philadelphia designed to extend the organization's mission beyond consulting.

The Hub provides flexible workspace for individuals and teams, meeting and conference space for organizations, and a welcoming venue for workshops, trainings, community conversations, and special events. More than a workspace, the Hub is a place where nonprofit leaders, entrepreneurs, advocates, and neighbors come together to learn, connect, and create meaningful impact.
