Description

Office Hours with Chill Moody is an exclusive AACC member benefit providing complimentary 30-minute, one-on-one strategy sessions focused on branding, marketing, storytelling, audience growth, and business development.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE

Active AACC members only. Office Hours are limited to one session per membership during the current fiscal year (July 1–June 30).

WHEN

Every Tuesday from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM through December 29, 2026.

MEETING OPTIONS

Choose a virtual or in-person appointment.

HOW TO REGISTER

  1. Click Register and sign in using your AACC member account.
  2. Complete all required questionnaire fields and submit your registration.
  3. Use the Microsoft Bookings link on the confirmation screen to select an available 30-minute appointment.
  4. When booking, choose whether you would like to meet virtually or in person.

IMPORTANT

Completing the registration form does not reserve an appointment time. Your appointment is confirmed only after you complete the Microsoft Bookings process. All registrations are subject to membership eligibility and availability.

Time

Office Hours are available on Tuesdays from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM in 30-minute appointment blocks. Sessions may be held virtually or in person. After completing registration, members must use the Microsoft Bookings link in their confirmation email to select an available appointment.

Location

AACC Office or Virtual

Members may choose to meet virtually or in person when booking their appointment. Virtual participants will receive online meeting information. In-person sessions will be held at the African American Chamber of Commerce, 2005 Market Street, Suite 325, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
